The Role

• Make outbound calls to relevant US local businesses using approved prospect lists.
• Introduce the agency and its services.
• Speak professionally with business owners.
• Identify interest and arrange the appropriate sales follow-up.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow agreed outreach guidelines.

• Previous cold-calling experience is useful.

Compensation

This remote role may be performed from any Indian state, subject to the applicable employment or engagement requirements. The proposed fixed monthly salary is ₹12,500 if fewer than 10 qualifying clients are closed during the monthly measurement period, or ₹14,500 if 10 or more qualifying clients are closed. An additional 20% commission on eligible sales applies in either case; commission is not conditional on reaching 10 clients.

Commission is intended to equal 20% of eligible project revenue actually received and retained by Local Web Works, excluding refunds, chargebacks, taxes collected for authorities, and separately charged third-party costs. For a fully paid $399 website package, the intended total commission is $79.80: $19.80 on the $99 initial payment and $60 on the remaining $300 payment.

These are proposed terms, not legal approval or a complete employment contract. Before work begins, a written agreement will define qualifying clients, attribution, payout timing, refunds and chargebacks, working hours, weekly rest, leave, tax and other applicable obligations. The salary tiers must be checked against the minimum-wage and employment rules applicable to the worker's actual state, scheduled employment and arrangement.
